Tonight, the Top 14 home cooks face the Wheel of Fusion challenge. After spinning the wheel, each contestant is assigned a global cuisine that they must blend with the flavors and traditions of their own heritage. Pushed to showcase creativity and adaptability, the cooks must work with unfamiliar ingredients and techniques to create a successful fusion dish. As the judges sample their way around the world, only one team will come out on top and earn an immunity pin.
